Too often in life we find ourselves rushed; moving from one task to the next without pause, all the while thinking about the next three tasks. This relentless pace leads to accidents, irritability, and lack of focus. It is also very hard on our mental health, which is why I created the Me Moments for us all to have a chance to pause and reflect. Here are some of the past moments, with more to come!
